But every single book is reviewed, edited, color-corrected and approved by a human in our Miami studio before it ships. We're using the best models for each job: GPT for the writing, the latest image models for art, our own custom flows for the layout. Think of us as a magazine editorial team that just happens to use AI as a really fast intern.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yep. The watermarked digital preview is 100% free and lands in your inbox in about 48 hours. No card required, no auto-charge, no nothing. If you love it, $9 unlocks the clean digital version. If you really love it, we print the hardcover. If you don't love it… we'll be sad but life goes on.
My pet is, uh, weird-looking. Will the book be ugly?
All pets are weird-looking. That is the point. We've made books for cross-eyed pugs, three-legged tortoises, a one-eyed Maine Coon, and a pig named Steven. The weirder the muse, the better the story.
What if I want changes?
Every paid order includes one free revision round. Want a different ending? A different sidekick? Bigger ears, smaller belly? Just reply to the preview email — we'll redo it within 24 hours. Additional revisions are $5 each.
How fast does the hardcover ship?
Preview lands in 48 hours. Once you approve and order the hardcover, it prints and ships from our partner facility within 5–7 business days (free US shipping). Need it faster? Rush production is +$25 and cuts it to 2–3 days.
Returns? Refunds? Catch?
30-day pet parent promise: if you're not in love with your hardcover, email us a photo and we'll refund 100% — keep the book, give it to a friend, do whatever. We don't do drama. Digital downloads aren't refundable (since you got 'em already), but if something's off we'll redo it.
Multiple pets in one book?
