Yes and no. AI does the heavy lifting — drafting the story, generating the illustrations, laying out the panels. But every single book is reviewed, edited, color-corrected and approved by a human in our Miami studio before it ships. We use best-in-class AI for each job — one model drafts the story, another paints every illustration — and our own custom pipeline lays out the pages. Think of us as a magazine editorial team that just happens to use AI as a really fast intern.
How does it actually work?
You build the book in the wizard and grab the digital for $19. Within 48 hours it lands in your private library, fully illustrated and ready to download — plus one free revision if you want a tweak. Fall hard and want it on the shelf? Upgrade to the hardcover and you only pay the difference; your $19 is credited in full.
My pet is, uh, weird-looking. Will the book be ugly?
All pets are weird-looking. That is the point. We've made books for cross-eyed pugs, three-legged tortoises, a one-eyed Maine Coon, and a pig named Steven. The weirder the muse, the better the story.
What if I want changes?
Every paid order includes one free revision round. Want a different ending? A different sidekick? Bigger ears, smaller belly? Just reply to your delivery email — we'll redo it within 24 hours. Additional revisions are $5 each.
How fast does the hardcover ship?
Your digital book lands in your library within 48 hours. Order the hardcover and it prints and ships from our partner facility within 5–7 business days (free US shipping). Need it faster? Rush production is +$25 and cuts it to 2–3 days.
Returns? Refunds? Catch?
30-day pet parent promise: if you're not in love with your hardcover, email us a photo and we'll refund 100% — keep the book, give it to a friend, do whatever. We don't do drama. Digital downloads aren't refundable (since you got 'em already), but if something's off we'll redo it.
Multiple pets in one book?
